Remote Pulse Jet Diaphragm Valve

Rotex Manufacturers & Engineers offers remote pulse jet diaphragm valve – 40/50 NB. Features: pulse jet valve with single diaphragm for remote operation with fast on and off response; use 5 mm operator or 12 mm operator for quicker response; select valve type 20159 or valve type 24101-12. Specifications: pressure range – 0.5 to 8.5 bar; ambient temperature – -40ºC to 100ºC; flow factor (kv) – 800 LPM for 1”, 1000 LPM for 2”; electrical pulse – note 1 and 2; time to peak pulse – depends on pilot valve orifice and distance from remote valve; peak pressure ratio – 75% (note 1); weight – aluminium 1.270 kg, stainless steel 3.560 kg; installation set up – set pressure in the tank; adjust electrical switch on pulse increasing from minimum to ensure efficient cleaning of the bags; adjusting higher electrical pulse will result in more consumption of air and hence under normal circumstances try to adjust the pulse on time to minimum.
