Polypropylene Valves

Anjney Group, an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company by BVQI, has introduced a range of Anjney and Maruti brand PP ball valves, manufactured from 100% virgin polypropylene. These are available from 25 mm (1") to 100 mm (4") sizes. The valves are hydraulically tested at 15 kg/cm2 and feature three piece bolted construction as per BS-10 (D, E, F), ANSI 16.5 (ASA 150) and ND 10 D standards. Anjney-PP ball valve: unique design and robust construction for longer life; manufacturing from PPCP virgin granules imparting higher tensile strength, Rockwell hardness, impact strength and working temperature; assembly parts are moulded in different types of filled PP, even ball nuts and handle parts are insert moulded with filled PP; excellent ultra-violet resistance and weather compatibility due to added carbon black in PPCP; withstands elevated temperatures up to 95?C and pressure up to 15 kg/cm2. Maruti and other commercial brands: conventional PP ball valve; manufactured from virgin PP granules; all assembly parts and some insert parts are moulded from natural normal PP; UV resistant in normal condition; and Maruti PP ball valves withstand temperature up to 70?C and pressure up to 10 kg/cm2.
