RF valve is furnished with a pneumatic or electro-pneumatic positioner, operating with 4-20 mA control and/or feedback signals. Brands include the most advanced digital controllers offered by Siemens, Fisher, PMV, Bailey, Valtek, Neles, and others compatible with Hart, Foundation Fieldbus, and Profibus communication protocols. Design features: industry-standard face-to-face, making it interchange-able with most ball valves, plug valves, gate valves and diaphragm valves; patented elastomer tube technology that supplies a stronger and more robust construction, prevents stretching, and minimises “flutter” from cavitation; split valve body design, combined with elastomer tubes that have no flange bolt holes, to allow in-line tube changes that dramatically reduce maintenance time; stainless steel pull bars and fasteners; pneumatic actuators with stainless steel shafts, tie rods and fasteners; and exterior as well as interior corrosion-resistant coating.
