Pneumatic Drain Valve

Madho Controls manufactures a pneumatically operated drain valve. This uniquely designed valve can be used in place of ball valve with double acting rotary actuators to drain water, other fluid from HTHP jet dyeing machines and softflow dyeing machines. This valve is an economical alternative to costly ball valves with pneumatic rotary actuator. These valves are available in sizes of 3" and 4". The body material of this valve is SS 304 and SS 316.The plug and seat are of SS 304 or SS 316. The Teflon plug provides tight shut off with zero leakage. The top pneumatic actuator is of aluminium. The actuator is well separated from body by tie-rod assembly. This makes the maintenance of this valve easy because the actuator can be removed without taking out valve body from the pipeline. The actuator working pressure required to operate this valve is 4-6 bar and line pressure up to 10 bar. The end connection is socket weld or flanged end.
