Voltech Tejas Valves manufactures reliable On-Off control valve systems for process control and instrumentation packages of modern process industry. Ball valves can be equipped with an actuator that may be pneumatically or motor (electric) operated. These valves can be used either for On/Off or flow control. A pneumatic flow control valve is also equipped with a positioner, which transforms the control signal into actuator position and valve opening accordingly. The actuator system has been specifically designed to meet the stringent specifications of petroleum, petrochemical and allied chemical industry. All equipments are designed and selected with optimum safety factors to ensure adequate working margins. The company offers valves along with accessories like limit switches, solenoid valves, manual override, cable glands, etc. Pneumatic actuators operate in a wide variety of applications; they have to function first time every time, often under very difficult circumstances. Pneumatic actuators come in two versions: double acting and single acting (spring return). Both versions are designed in such a way that (with the exception of the position indicator) there are no moving parts on the outside. This makes them safe, easy to install and virtually maintenance free. Furthermore, the compact rack and pinion construction means that actuators are lightweight and occupy a minimum of space. These can be supplied in single (spring return) or double acting versions, with mounting for solenoid valves and position signallers to the NAMUR standard and valve mounting and drive dimensions to the ISO 5211 or DIN 3337 standard. Anti-blow-out shaft is provided as standard.
