Non-Return Valve

Laxmi Valves Industries manufactures lift type non return valve with both soft seating and metal seating for pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, petrochemical, refineries, synthetic and other process industries. A rubber or Teflon seal shall be provided on the disc when specified to provide zero leakage at both high and low pressures without overloading or damaging the seal. The valve design shall incorporate a centre guided, spring loaded disc for the operation in horizontal or vertical position for the flow up or down. The valve disc and seat shall have a seating surface finish to ensure positive seating at all pressures. The valve is offered for sizes 1/4" to 2" with screwed ends BSP/NPT and from 1/2" to 6" with flanged ends as per ANSI 150# to ANSI 600#. Body material is of stainless steel, gunmetal, brass, alloy-20, hastalloy C & B, MS, and EN8. The design consists of minimum components for smooth function and longer life. The company also designs and develops non return valves as per customers' applications.
