Motorised Butterfly Valve (Low Leakage)

In association with leading valve manufacturers, the company assembles, synchronises, tests and supplies a wide range of electrically actuated valves including Butterfly Valves (metal to metal) having size range from 50 mm to 2500 mm NB, screwed/flanged end connections. The specifications of butterfly valves are: body – MS/SS fabricated; disc – MS/SS fabricated; shaft – EN-8/SS 340/SS 316/MS; bearings – rollers/thrust bearing; gland packing – asbestos; end connections – flanged as per BS 10; flange to flange distance – 1:1 or 200 mm or as required; and leakage – up to 150 mm NB 4% above 150 mm size – 3%. The actuators used for this valve are: type – electrical – reversible; model – RQ/QTR/TL series; and power supply – 230 V 1 Ø AC, 50 Hz 415 V 3 Ø, AC. The input signal could be from changeover contacts/4-20 mA/0-10 V DD, up-down relay from PI, PID. The other range of products from the company includes electrical actuators: Rotary – 1 to 200 Mkg, Linear – 50 to 2000 Kgf and any electrically actuated valve for various applications.
