These two-stage adjustable pressure relief valves limit the maximum pressure in line(s) controlled by the integral relief valve element. MV1-3 and MV2-3 modular pressure relief valves are designed as two stage units to obtain maximum performance from minimum package. The two-stage relief elements are in the form of a cartridge insert for ease of assembly and optimum versatility. Pressure adjustment option of control knob (with or without key lock) or screw/locknut designs is available. Different spring ratings cover an overall pressure range from 3.5 to 250 bar. Basic characteristics: nominal size – Cetop RP 35 H, size 3; mounting – single and multipoint sub plates; operating pressure – up to 250 bar; and maximum flow – 38 l/min.
