Load Control Valves are stop hydraulic actuators under the influence of driving loads from leading the fluid inlet flow, assume control, load holding and safety functions, hold the load in neutral position without leaking. When flanged directly to the cylinder, the load control valve also acts as pipe rupture valve, still closed if spring fractures.
- Maximum flow / pressure rating is 400 lpm / 350 bar.
- Load control valve, open loop controlled check valve and pipe rupture valve are all combined in a single unit.
- Various standard mounting types are available.
- Good fine control characteristics due to control spool with long throttle travel.
