Keromiyons Intech Private Limited offers a through conduit K300 Series Knife Gate Valve. This is a bi-directional valve designed for media with high consistency. The double seat design assures a non-clogging shut off on either normal or reverse flow. The valve is specially designed to handle high density paper stock, wood chips, plastic pellets, etc., which makes the valve suitable for a wide range demanding applications in industries like pulp and paper, power, chemical, waste water treatment, etc. All valves are tested prior to shipment in accordance with the quality systems standard followed by Keromiyons meeting international standards. - Working pressure – DN 50 to DN 100 – 10 kg/cm2
- DN 150 to DN 250 – 8 kg/cm2

- DN 500 to DN 600 – 4 kg/cm2
- Drilling – ANSI, DIN, others on request
- Actuators – manual (hand wheel/chain wheel), motorised (electric) or pneumatic design as per manufacturer's standard
- Body shell test – as per MSS-SP-81
- Seat leakage test – not conducted for metal seated valves
- Resilient seated – no visible leakage
- Wafer style cast two-part bolted body, internally machined, with reinforced ribs in larger diameters for extra body strength
- Full port design for greater flow capacity and minimal pressure drop
- The gate is made of a single piece with O-port design
- The through gate design eliminates unbalanced forces on gate and allows valve to open and close on solid column application
