Instrumentation Valves

Fluid Controls manufactures Instrumentation Valves. The product range includes Needle Valves, Ball Valves, Check Valves, Union Bonnet Valves, OS & Type Bolted Bonnet Valves, Pressure Gauge Pin Valves, Ultra High Pressure Pneumatic Valves and Oil Hydraulic Pressure Gauge Isolators. These valves are also used for the naval and sea service that are designed for high pressure pneumatic applications. These valves are available in Nickel, Aluminium, Bronze, SS 316 Ti and SS 321. The gland seal material for the valves depends on the applications and the temperatures of usage. Standard gland seals are available in PTFE. For high temperature applications above 1800C and 2700C graphitized asbestos + graphoil are used respectively. All valves supplied by Fluid Controls come with ISO 31.b Certificate for material, performance to regular and type tests specified by the customers.

Fluid Controls Private Limited was established in 1974. The Company is certified with ISO 9001:2008 from Det Norske Veritas and has obtained PED certification. Fluid Controls has product certifications for BS 4368: Part IV 1984, ASTM F1387-99 (2005), MSS-SP-99 for valves, ball valve certification under API 607 and fugitive emission for valves. the company is involved in the manufacture of double ferrule compression tube fittings, valves, manifolds and specialized accessories for use in instrumentation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and lubrication. The company has a wide range of products for the oil and gas industries, petrochemicals, rotating machinery, power generation, cryogenic and vacuum applications among others.
