Hemraj Enterprises offers Reynold valves in compliance with ISO 9001 standards. The ball valves are supplied in 3-, 2-piece or in jacketed design. The valve range includes ball, globe, gate, flush-bottom, Y-type, non-return, fire-safe, etc, in ASA 150 and ASA class 300 rating. Size ranges from 15 mm to 250 mm. Material of construction for valves can be cast iron, cast steel, SS 316 or alloy steels. The design has been tested under the witness of Lloyd's register as per API 607 standards. The valves are manufactured with investment casting and CI and CS valves are externally and internally powder coated. SS 316 valves are externally coated with metallic powder. Powder coating is done after anti corrosive treatment of seven stage phosphating. Even in CI and CS valves all working parts are made from SS 316. Stem packing is glass filled Teflon, gland packing is virgin PTFE to ensure zero leakage. Valves have virgin PTFE bush in the gland as well as in the body with Teflon seat and additional stem sealing above the body shoulder. These valves are truly maintenance free.
