Advanced Control Technology offers Industrial Excess Flow Valves from Ham-let. It has Automatic Safety shutoff in a wide range of areas: Fuel Systems, Toxic Media Systems, Gas Systems, Valued Media Systems, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems. The Poppet is loaded by a spring in a Normally Opened position as long as the system is balanced. If the system gets unbalanced and the downstream pressure drops, the Poppet moves towards the sealing area, stops and prevents free, uncontrolled flow from the line. If the downstream pressure increases, the ventilation outlet (bleeding) enables the system to balance the pressures and with the help of the spring ? to reset the system. In this situation the Poppet reverts back to Normally Open. Features: Stainless Steel Construction, High Pressure characteristics up to 6000 Psi (413 bar), Temperature up to 400iF (204iC), Variable Connection sizes (1/8 to ? in & 6 to 12 mm), Cv = 0.5, 1.1. It has variety of End Connections, Spring Operator, Slotted Poppet, Ventilation Outlet ? ?Bleeding? and Metallic Sealing. The design of H911 Valves was verified and confirmed by proof, burst and leakage tests. Every assembled Valve is tested for functionality and mechanism.
