Hand Levers for Butterfly Valves

Sterling Tools offers Hand Levers for Butterfly Valves. These sheet metal fabricated hand levers with notch plates on their range of butterfly valves (50-150 mm or 2-6 inch size) for application on line pressure of upto 12 kgs/cm² or 12 bar. These levers are made out of IS 2062 steels, pressed out of complex press tools, welded, stress relieved, assembled, chemically treated and powder coated to pass meticuluos inspection / salt spray tests for dimensional accuracy, interchangeability and finish. The product consists of a handle, stem-bush, locking lever, stainless steel spring (SS 304), rivet or spring dowell pin and grub screw for locking on the stem.
