Globe Valve

Valvola offers Globe Valve. This is a bellow sealed Y-type globe valves. The valve body is used with metallic bonnet assembly. Metallic bellow assembly is provided for hermetic sealing of valve spindle. Hence this valve is preferred where leakage from stuffing box is not permitted and used for critical services like chlorine, ammonia, radioactive fluid, thermic fluid, etc. Spindle coming inside the valve body is covered completely by metallic bellow. Due to OS&Y (i.e., outside screw and yoke) rotary movement of hand wheel is converted into axial movement of valve spindle to open and close the valve. Axial movement of valve spindle does not allow any twisting force on the bellow during compression and expansion of the bellow. Bellow gets compressed when valve is fully open and bellow gets expanded when valve is fully closed. Specifications: Bellow sealed valve is available in various material of construction like cast steel, alloy steel & low temperature steel. Bellow is available in AISI 316Ti/316L/monel 400/hastelloy C 276/inconel 625, etc. Valve size available is15 mm NB to 450 mm NB in various pressure ratings like ANSI 150#, 300#, 600# and PN 40, PN 64, etc.
