Globe Valves

Valvola offers Globe Valves. These forged bellow sealed valves are available with compact design is similar to conventional forged globe valves, but metallic bellow assembly is provided for hermetic sealing of valve spindle. Hence these valves are preferred where leakage from stuffing box is not permitted and used for critical services like chlorine, ammonia, radioactive fluid, thermic fluid. Spindle coming inside the valve body is covered completely by metallic bellow. Due to OS&Y (i.e., outside screw and yoke) Rotary movement of hand wheel is converted into axial movement of valve spindle to open and close the valve. Axial movement of valve spindle does not allow any twisting force on the bellow during compression and expansion of the bellow. Bellow gets compressed when valve is fully open and bellow gets expanded when valve is fully closed. Forged bellow sealed globe valve with compact design are available in various material of construction like A 105, F 304, F 316, LF-2, LF-3, etc., and bellows in AISI 316Ti/316L/Monel 400/Hastelloy C 276/inconel 625, etc. Bellows are imported from Germany, Witzenmann - Hydra brand. Forged bellow sealed globe valves are available with socket weld ends and NPT (F) ends for rating 300 class. End flanges of various pressure ratings (150#, 300# & 600#) duly welded to the valve body are also available.
