Gauge Isolator Valves

Jacktech Hydraulics, an ISO 9001: 2000 company, offers Gauge Isolator Valves. These are available in two models: JT 200/M and JT 200/ML. Model JT 200/M is a push-to-read gauge isolator designed for use with pressure gauges to isolate from shocks. The unit automatically vents the gauge to tank when a gauge reading is not required, and considerable savings can be obtained on the life of the gauge; and most important factor, also preserving the accuracy of the gauge. This standard unit is designed basically for panel mounting. The unit has a basic high grade CI body with hardened alloy needle, spring lock nut, high grade spring, panel mounting, knob and O-ring. It is suitable for working pressures up to 250 kg/sq.cm. By using this type of gauge isolator, guaranteed savings are ensured on the life of the pressure gauge. Model JT 200/ML is a lockable type of push-to-read gauge isolator. In addition to the features of JT 250/M model, this isolator can be locked in read position by a twist of the knob after pushing. This model finds application wherever pressure has to be read.
