Gate Valves

Oswal Industries manufactures industrial valves (gate, globe and check type) and has its own captive foundry. Gate valves are available in various types: O, S and Y bolted bonnet; rising stem/flexible/solid wedge; and, flanged/butt-weld ends. Specifications: End dimensions-ANSI B16.5/B16.25; Face to face dimensions-ANSI BI6.10; Design API 600/ANSI B16.34; and, testing API 598/BS 6755- P1. These valves are made in cast carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel materials, depending upon the use and service conditions. The size ranges from 2"to 24"and pressure rating, from 150 to 600, ANSI Class. Valves with larger sizes and higher pressure ratings or according to customers' drawings and specifications, can also be manufactured. The valves conform to various international standards such as API, ASTM, DIN, BSI, NACE, MSS and JIS. Special accessories include by-pass arrangement, position indicator, chain wheel arrangement, floor stand, gland seal, locking arrangement, regulating plug, extended spindle, dash pot arrangement, jacketed arrangement, gear operator and electric/pneumatic actuators. Main user areas are: fertilizer plants, refineries, petrochemicals, power plants and other industries.
