Gate Valves

Met Flow Controls is an ISO 9001:2000 certified and IBR approved company, engaged in the manufacture of industrial ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, swing check valves and butterfly valves of 150, 300 and 800 class. The company operates its own R&D facilities, and is engaged in the development of higher-class Valves i.e.600, 900, 1500 and 2500 Class. The company employs CNC machines and testing bed specially designed for precision pressure testing. EOT and HOT cranes, and jib crane are used for material transportation and handling of heavy castings. Met Flow valves are used in oil & gas exploration, oil refineries, power generation plants, chemicals and fertilizers manufacturing companies, textiles, process industries such as paper, sugar, food, pharmaceuticals and petrochemical.
Gate valves are produced in 15mm to 300mm sizes. Gate valves belong to the 150, 300 class. For producing gate valves API 600design standards are followed. Gate valves are tested under the API 598 standards to guarantee high quality. Gate valves are produced from carbon and stainless plant to offer high durability. Met Flow produces gate valves in various models to suit different industrial requirements.
