The specifications of gate valves are: body – CCS, ASTM-A216, Gr, WCB seat; rings – WCB with 13% Cr facing; spindle – SS ASTM – A182, Gr F6; valve class – 150/300/600; temperature – 260°C/454°C/450°C; type – rising stem reference standards – BS-1414 API-600; end connections –flanged to ANSI B 16.5 DIN and BS standards; and sizes – 50 mm to 300 mm NB. The actuators used for this valve are: type – electrical reversible; model – QTR-M Series; power supply – 230 V, 1 Ø AC, 415 V 3 Ø AC, 50 Hz. The input signal could be from changeover contacts/4-20 mA/0-10 V DC, up-down relay from PI, PID.
