Gate Valve, Bronze

Gate valves in bronze are manufactured by Fusion Worldwide Impex. These are non-rising stem type valves, screwed/flanged, conforming to IS: 778 Class-1, ISI marked. Specifications: bronze wedge gate valves, available in screwed in bonnet, inside screw, non-rising stem, integral seats, with backseat arrangement, screwed female ends/flanged ends BSP to IS: 554-1985, conforming to IS: 778-1984, Class 1, hand wheel operated. Testing and certification: body test pressure = 1.5 MPa hydraulic; seat and backseat test pressure = 1.0 MPa hydraulic; all valves are supplied duly ISI marked; and test certificate is furnished with every supply. Materials of construction: body, bonnet, wedge, gland, stuffing box and gland nut – gunmetal/leaded tin bronze; stem – forged brass; hand wheel – cast iron; gland packing – asbestos; and screw and washer for hand wheel – mild steel.
