Full Lift Valves

Mazda Limited manufactures full lift reducing valves with streamlined body that minimises turbulence and pressure drop. These single seated valves with greater flow capacities have hardened stainless steel trims resistant to erosion. Integrally mounted pilot saves installation and maintenance time eliminating conventional `hang-on’ pilots. The internal ports with fewer field connections reduce the number of joints consequently reducing potential leak points. Also the Packless construction gives enough protection against leakage. The pilots of the valve are interchangeable and this feature provides the advantage of converting the reducing valve from one service to another. The operating pressure can range from 0.35 to 22.5 Bar. Pressure adjustment can be done by replacing the adjusting spring without removing the pilot.
