Forged Steel Globe Valves

Flochek offers forged steel globe valves. They are made from solid bar stock by the drop forging process from carbon steel conforming to ASTM A 105 GR.II with trimmings of AISI-410 cr steel. Jointing gaskets are of special SS wired asbestos with PTFE impregnated asbestos gland packing to suit very high pressure and temperature (850?F). They are available with screwed (BSP/NPT), socket/butt weld ends and also with flanged (welded to body) ends to CL- 150 and 300. Their design conforms to API-5352 (CL-800). These high pressure globe vlaves are critically tested to 3000 lbs/PSI for body and 2000 lbs/PSI for seat/backseat. Forged steel globe valves are available in sizes from 10 mm to 50 mm with manual operation.
