Forged Steel Non Return Valves

Caliber Valves offers Forged Steel Non Return Valves. These valves are strong and sturdy and very compact in nature. These valves are comparatively lighter and stronger because of the additional strength of the forgings. These valves are designed as per BS 5352 and tested to BS 6755 Part I. They are basically rated for Class 800 duty cycle. They come with bolted bonnet construction and screwed F socket weld end connection. The threading can be as per BSP or NPT and are available from 15 to 40 mm sizes. The body and cover plate are of forged steel as per ASTM A 105, internals of 13% chrome steel. The fasteners are as per ASTM A 193 Gr B7/A 194 Gr 2H, and the body cover plate joint is provided with spiral wound gaskets. These non return valves are essentially used for the safety of the equipment and the people handling them particularly in parallel operations. These valves make sure that there is no unintentional by passing of the process media through the equipments and pipe lines when not required.
