Flush Bottom/Vessel Drain Valves

CTEW manufactures a wide range of flush bottom valves for chemical and process industries. They are used in reaction vessels, autoclaves and other pressure vessels. To suit various industrial applications, these valves are offered in different models such as rising stem, lowering stem and piston type. The sizes range from 1"to 2"in screwed connection and 1 "to 8"flanged. Materials of construction are Cl, CS, SS-304/316/304L/316L/ Alloy-20, Hastelloy B and PP, PVC, PTFE lined/coated, rubber lined/lead lined. Flush bottom valves are designed for a maximum pressure of 280 kg/cm2 and temperature of 400?C. The valve seatings are stellite/PTFE/Neoprene/Viton. In optional cases, depending on the process, the valves are provided with heating/cooling jackets. Extra long spindle and modified handwheel with cylinder arrangement can be offered for closing the valves.
