Flush Bottom Valves/Vessel Drain Valves

CTEW manufactures a wide range of flush bottom valves for chemical and process industries. These valves are used in reaction vessels, autoclaves and other pressure vessels. To suit various industrial applications, the valves are offered in different models, such as rising stem, lowering stem and piston type. The sizes range from 1"to 80". Materials of construction are as per process applications. Flush bottom valves are designed for maximum pressure of 280 kg/cm2 and temperature of 400?C. The valves seatings are stellited Teflon/Neoprene/Viton. In optional cases, depending on the process, the valves are provided with heating/cooling jackets. Extra long spindle and modified hand wheel with cylinder arrangements can be offered for closing the valves.
