Flomax butterfly valves

Valcraft Engineers, situated in Belgaum, manufactures Flomax butterfly valves ideally suitable for throttling, regulating on/off service for practically all mediums of flow; drinking water, salt water and chemically treated water; gases and vapours, compressed air, dust like products, liquids containing suspended solids, food, edible oils, milk and food products, aggressive chemicals, acids and bases, crude oil and petrochemical products, refineries, and fertilisers and also for ash handling. These Flomax sleeve lined water design butterfly valves manufactured as per ISO-5752 short and DIN Standards. Body of these valves is constructed in two-piece design up to 300 mm size and single piece for sizes above 350 mm, ensuring maximum flow and trouble-free replacement of parts. Disc and shafts cope great strain and increased torque. Seat is the replaceable part, having a dovetail guide, completely lining the body throughout the fluid contact part and assures lightness from both sides of the disc and at the stem passage. Seat is provided with integral "O" ring thus eliminating the use of gaskets between flanges. Two lubricated bearings at the top and bottom ensure low operating torque, making the valves completely maintenance-free. A Polyacetal bush with two "O" rings acts as secondary sealing and bearing, thus enabling easy opening and closing of valve. Flanged ends and lug type design can also be manufactured and supplied on request.
