Float Valve

Shridhan Automation Pvt. Ltd. offers Float Valve, FLV. A float valve is used to shut off the flow of liquids, normally water, at a pre-determined level. When adjusted and working properly a float valve is very accurate and extremely reliable. Float valves are found in nearly many industrial applications. The concept of the float valve is very simple, which accounts for its reliability and wide spread use.

Float Valve is a mechanical contrivance fitted on the inlet line to stop the flow of liquid into the tank. If the liquid is drained from the tank the valve opens automatically, and lets the liquid in. The inlet pipe is closed automatically once the tank is filled. The inlet valve opens in proportion to the fluid level in the tank. The flow in to the tank is throttled gradually as the tank fills thereby preventing overflow.
