Flanged Butterfly Valves

Flochek Butterfly Valves are of flanged type with offset (eccentric) disc design. Bodies are made of cast iron (FG-200)and cast carbon steel (216-WCB). Finely machined body is fitted with perfectly lapped disc. Body seat ring and disc retainer ring are made of AISI-304 SS and they have O-ring of nitrile rubber for 100% tight shut-off. Two-piece stem is of 13% ch SS. Quarter turn on-off is by worm gear and power actuators. Ends are flanged to IS, ANSI, BS or PN Standards. Flanged butterfly valves are made as per IS: 13095, AWWA C-504, BS-5155, and API-609. Hydraulic tests for body are carried out at 15 kg/cm2 and 10 kg/cm2 for seat. These butterfly valves are with advanced features, economical and have perfect flow control. They are ideally suited for use in thermal power, water works, cement and steel industries, collieries, refineries and other process industfies. They are available in sizes ranging from 250 mm to 1800 am NB.
