Diverter Valve

Rieco Industries offers a single tunnel diverter valve, RGPU. It is designed to divert/ combine from one/two sources to two/one destination in dilute or dense phase pneumatic transport of solids in powder or granular form. Design features: available sizes NB 150 till NB 400; all solid contact parts made of stainless steel; universal applications as L, T or Y diverter valve; common housing, plug, side plates with changeable pipe parts; constant and full area available for housing and plug; static or dynamic sealing of ports in plug area; plug with single channel; angle between the three ports can be changed even at site which gives a lot of flexibility; powerful pneumatic actuator; no moving parts outside package unit, maximum care for human protection; large size indicator to indicate valve open/closed position from a distance; delivery as package unit, with dual solenoid limit switches and terminal box, completely pre-piped and prewired; designed for working pressure of (+) 6.0 bar g to (-) 0.5 bar g, and for gas/solids temperatures of (-) 20?C to (+) 180?C. Material of construction: housing in aluminium casting with inserted stainless steel pipe, side covers made of aluminium casting, shaft and bolts made of SS, and plug of aluminium with SS insert.
