Diaphragm valves

These cGMP diaphragm valves from Industrial Equipwash Inc are to be installed in DM water or WFI hot or cold loop systems and can replace conventional "Y" or two bends and "T" design. The valve is fabricated from SS 304/316 duly electro polished to 240 # surface finish and hydro tested to 7 bar. The diaphragm seat is of silicon or viton or EPDM with an option for Teflon lining steam sterilisable to 120?C. The valve is of sanitary design without dead legs. The process fluid flows to the valve, as demand warrants, the valve is opened providing an uncontaminated sample. The valve is oriented in the vertical position. For horizontal application "I" type GMP valve is recommended.
