Cooler Dust Valve/Flapper Valve

Merit Technologies India offers cooler dust/flapper valves. These are designed for the abrasive service found in cement plants, chemical plants, etc. Flaps, seats and sealing surfaces are machined from hardfacing. The operation is pneumatic/electrical. Standard valve flaps and seats are made of long wearing heat resistant Ni-hard, highly recommended for handling abrasive materials. These can be repeatedly reground for extended life. Operating mechanism on all valves is designed for the resurfacing of seats and flaps. Special alloys such as Ni-resist or stainless steel are available for special applications. All parts are held to close standard tolerances for interchangeability. These dust valves are regularly equipped for operating temperatures up to 650?F. Modules specially designed for higher temperature ranges are available.c
