CONTROL VALVES, GLOBE TYPE

In joint venture with Arca Regler of Germany, Forbes Marshall designs and manufactures a complete range of control valves, desuperheaters and stations for use in a wide variety of industrial applications. The Arca range of globe type control valves are available in sizes 15 NB through 400 NB in pressure class 150 through 600. Some lower sizes are available in Class 1500 also. Valves are available in flanged, butt welded and socket welded construction depending on the client"s end connection requirements. Material of construction available in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, alloy 20, hastalloy and monel. The trims are available in parabolic, perforated and pressure balanced designs. Special low dB and anticavitation trims are available to cater to process requirement. Actuators of pneumatic diaphragm design are available in single spring (aluminium housing) and multispring (steel housing) designs. These are factory tested for suitability of upwards of one million cycles. Other actuators such as electric, piston cylinder, hydraulic etc can be mounted upon request.
