Check/Non-Return Valves , Piston Type

United Engineers manufactures Flosteer brand check/ non-return valves. Check valves-both swing type and piston lift type -are designed to reduce the flow resistance and pressure drop to the minimum possible. While swing check valves are designed to mount both in horizontal and vertical positions, lift check valves are suitable to mount in horizontal position only. Accurately machined, lapped and screwed-in seat rings ensure tight shut off and long life. The valve disc in both swing type and piston lift type is perfectly designed, accurately machined and guided for efficient automatic shut-off at zero pressure and automatic opening at near to zero pressure. As an option, the seat can he weld deposited in case of CS and alloy steel or integrated with body in case of stainless steel and other high alloy steels.
