Check Valves, Non-Slam

Caliber cartridge type non-slam check valves are made of investment cast stainless steel in Class 150 and Class 300 pressure ratings. These check valves are manufactured and tested as per stringent BS 7438/API 598. They are available in sizes from 15 mm to 150 mm NB. The body is of investment casting CF8/CF8M and all the other trim materials are of AISI 304/316. These valves offer the best flow conditions and least pressure drop across the valve. These check valves have the least valve closing time in case of stoppage of forward flow resulting in least "Water Hammer" forces. These check valves are all position valves, universal in their application that they can be mounted in horizontal, vertical and oblique positions unlike conventional check valves. These valves are easily installed and dismantled for maintenance thanks to simple cartridge type construction. They can be used in all conventional media like water, steam, compressed air, petroleum products and mild chemicals. For aggressive chemicals and problem fluids valves can be offered with special trim.
