Flow Chem check valves are available in two designs: (a) Swing type check valves: size – 2” (50 mm) to 24” (600 mm); class – 150#, 300#, 600#, 900#; design – BS1868/API 6D; fire safe – API – 6FD; and end – flanged end/butt weld end/ring joints end. Features: bolted cover, swing type disc, higher size and class also available; (b) Wafer check valves: size – ½” (15 mm) to 4” (100 mm) – single disc, 2” (50 mm) to 24” (600 mm) – dual plate; class – 150#, 300#, 600#; design – DIN EN 558 – 2 – single disc check valve, API – 594 – dual plate check valve; seat – standard shall be metal to metal, and PTFE/EPDM/rubble lined valves on request.
