Cast Steel Gate Valves

Flochek Industries manufactures cast carbon steel gate valves in Class 150 and 300 to ASTM A 216 Gr WCB. Sizes range from 25 mm to 400 mm with a choice of materials for stem and working parts to suit service conditions. Accurate machining of wedge grooves and stem and full bore allow unobtrusive flowpath along with easy movement. Extra deep stuffing box ensures fluid tightness and longer packing life. Backseating arrangement facilitates easy replacement of gland packing under pressure. They are of solid wedge, single disc and conform to API 600/BS-1414/API 6D and tested as per standards. Gate valves are also available in cast iron (BS-5150) and SS materials.
