Cast steel globe valves

Ahmedabad-based Accuflow Controls manufactures cast steel globe valves in DIN standard ND-40 that are particularly suitable for steam, water, air gas and other non-lubricating and relatively non-corrosive service conditions. These valves are most accurately designed for fine control and regulation of flow. Hydrostatic test pressure rating of the body and seat of the valve are 60 and 40 kg/cm^2, respectively, whereas the air pressure is 7 kg/cm^2. Body and bonnet of the valve are made of ASTM A 216 GR WCB. Globe valves also conform to Indian boiler regulations and are supplied with certification in Form III-C. The seat ring and disc are constructed with 13 percent chromium steel and the hand wheel with cast iron. Valve height when it is kept close ranges from 200 to 485 mm, and that when open is 215-553 mm, for different NB sizes ranging from 25 to 200 mm. Other products available are pulp valve, butterfly valve, diaphragm valve, ball valve, gate valve, and check valve with size ranging up to 1,000 mm and rating up to 1500 class.
