Bypass Valve

Mazda Limited manufactures bypass valve with atomizing nozzle. The seat of the valve is hard faced and in the closed position the cone sits on the seat. The critical components such as stem, cone nozzles are plasma nitrided to give best sealing properties and excellent resistance against corrosion, erosion and thermal fatigue. The internal of the valves are designed to facilitate their removal at site without removing the valve body. It is recommended that high spray water pressure be utilised for optimum efficiency of the unit. The unit is suitable for large spray water requirements. High turndown ratio of the valve is 25:1. Instant absorption of water particles is due to high mechanical energy of atomising steam. The valve design complies with ANSI B 16.104 class V.
