Bypass valve

Mazda Limited manufactures bypass valves with atomizing nozzle at the outlet. The seat of the valve is hard and in the closed position the cone rests on the seat. The critical components such as stem and cone nozzles are plasma nitrided to give best sealing properties and excellent resistant against corrosion, erosion and thermal fatigue. The design of the valve complies with ANSI B 16.104 class V. This unit is suitable for large spray water requirements.
