Butterfly Valves

Dynamic Valves manufactures a range of Butterfly Valves. Design features: double ‘O’ rings isolate shaft bearing area from main fluid and prevent external contamination; latest design of disc seal and clamping ring; double offset to ensure enhanced seat life, by imparting a camming action to the disc as it rotates both in and out of seat, seal wear points are eliminated at the top and bottom of the seat; and ‘O’ rings on faces eliminate need for flange gasket (applicable on request). These valves are designed and manufactured conforming to BS 5155/AWWA-C-504/13095/API 609 standards. Accessories available: companion flanges with spool to weld on duct pipe; dismantling joints; extended spindle; buried type (IP 67) gear operator; and valve positioner (3-15 PSI/4-20 mA), limit switch box, local control unit, manual failsafe arrangement, solenoid valve, FRL unit, etc. Operators: manual lever; manual worm gear operator; pneumatic cylinder assemblies/rotary actuators (make – Elomatic, Kenetrol, Rotex); electric actuators (make – Rotork, Limitorq, AUMA); and hydraulic actuators. Dynamic Valves is 30 years old reputed valve manufacturing (ISO 9001-2008) unit. Valves are with ISI mark. Butterfly valves up to 2400 mm are manufactured with special features, viz., double eccentric disk, low torque (steel back PTFE bush), etc. Valves are fitted with all types of quality operators, viz., gearbox and hand wheel electric actuators (Belimo, Rotork, AUMA) or pneumatic actuators with power pack.
