Butterfly Valves, Wafer & Lug Type

Talent Valve Flow Engineers offers Wafer and Lug type Butterfly Valves, lined with FEP/PFA/PTFE/PVDE. Teflon lined valves are used in most aggressive and corrosive applications like hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, 35% hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, chlorine gas (wet or dry), vinyl chloride monomer, ethylene di chloride, chlorinated caustic soda, chlorine dioxide, bleached stock and sodium chlorate among others; as well as ultra-pure applications such as 18 mega OHM de-ionised water and ultra-pure HF acid. These valves are line with FEP/PFA/PTFE/PVDF/PP FEP for aggressive chemical and ultra-pure applications. FEP resists chemical attack from most known chemical compounds, and with a flexible liner design utilizing a full width, 360 degree resilient back up liner offers bubble tight shut off in even the most demanding installations. Redundant shaft seals (which include a spring energized safety packing) provide a tight, reliable seal to the environment. This is a “maintenance free” valve design, which uses long life sleeve bearings and avoids the use of an adjustable packing gland. The company is a well known organisation in manufacturing borosilicate glass, in the market since 2006 with brand name "Tesco". The range covers valves from 15 mm to 200 mm size, FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene), PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) lined, FEP/PFA/ETFE lined, two piece design ball valves lined, single piece top entry ball valves, lug type and wafer type butterfly valves lined, swing check valves lined, ball check valves lined, diaphragm valves lined, sampling valves lined and pipe fittings. Every valve lining ranges in thickness from 3.5 to 4.0 mm.
