Butterfly Valves, Double Eccentric Design

Valves Industries manufactures Butterfly Valves in double eccentric design. The dimensional and visual inspection of all the components is made to relevant drawings. Castings obtained from foundries are proof machined for any visual defects. All approved pieces are put to shell pressure test, both hydrostatic and pneumatic. All the components required for the valves are checked visually and dimensionally with assembly drawing. The valves are painted according to colour codes; and are punched to the serial numbers and date of dispatch. The bore at both the ends is closed with plastic caps and the valve is then packed in a polythene bag. The company was established in 1984 as part of CTC Group, manufacturing industrial valves since 1969. It offers a wide range of quarter turn, multi turn and actuator operated valves with accessories and services for the demanding process industries. The product range includes: ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, check valves, wafer NRVs, flapper NRVs, 'Y' type flush bottom tank valves, etc.
