Butterfly Valves

Firelimit Engineering Systems offers Omicron sturdy butterfly valves in sizes 2"and 4"in cast iron or stainless steel body. Highly accurate machining of the grade 1 cast iron is used, coupled with nitrile seal, which provide leakproof operation for a long time. The handles and shafts are of EN8 steel with an overall epoxy paint finished to withstand wear and tear. The valves can be manually operated or gear type or solenoid operated. Special valves with long stems (20") help to place the valve connected to the flanged pipeline in underground as found in drip or sprinkler type irrigation systems. The valves have temperature rating of 80?C maximum. They have been tested and certified for 20 kg/cm2 by the approved test house. The applications include: water supply, sewerage lines, airconditioning, distilleries, sugar, oil exploration, fertilizers, hotels, thermal stations, textile, dairy, pneumatic, cement and general industries.
