Avcon Controls Pvt Ltd, an ISO-9001: 2008 certified company, now produces centric Wafer Type Butterfly Valves from sizes 40 mm to 600 mm.

Materials of construction:

• Body and disc – cast iron, cast steel, cast stainless steel 316 and 304
• Liners – EPDM, Buna nitrile, silicon and viton.

These valves are being offered as:

• Bare valves – valves with hand lever and geared operator
• Automation valves are offered with electric actuator and its accessories or pneumatic rotary actuators with its accessories

• PED/97/23/EC ATEX 94/9/EC
• System certificate API Q1: 2007 8th edition

All valves are manufactured as per:

• Design standard – API 609/BS EN 593/MSS-SP-67
• Testing standard – API 598/BS EN 12266-Part 1 (BS 6755-1)
• Inspection standard – API 598/MSS-SP-61/ASME-B-16.34
• Certification standard – EN-10204: 2.1
