G G Traders offers a range of Bronze Drain Globe Valves with Sampler. Features include: bronze globe valve, inside screwed bonnet, rising stem, soft seat, one side offset flanged ends and other side screwed ends. Materials of construction: body – bronze grade IS: 318 LTB 2; bonnet – bronze grade IS: 318 LTB 2; stem – brass IS: 319 Grade II; disc holder – brass IS: 319 Grade I; disc – PTFE; disc nut – brass IS: 319 Grade I; gland – brass IS: 319 Grade I; gland nut – brass IS: 319 Grade I; packing – PTFE; handwheel – aluminium Grade LM6; union – brass; nozzle – brass; plug – brass; chain – brass; and washer – nitrile buta’s rubber. G G Valves are based on original design of Gerhard Gabriel, a German engineer who had come to India in 1923. Over period of time, GG brand became synonym for superior quality valves. Strict quality measures are taken at each stage from checking raw materials, stage inspection to the final components and assembly. Each and every valve must pass final physical inspection including hydrostatic test before final issue.
