Bellows Sealed Gate Valves

Valvola Corporation is well qualified to provide technological assistance and high tech bellow sealed valves for applications involving hazardous and difficult-to-handle fluids and gases. In bellow sealed valves, conventional gland packing is replaced by a bellows cartridge welded to the valve bonnet and stem. A bellow is a long accordion-like tube. As the valve stem strokes, the bellows expands or compresses with the stroke movement. There are no sliding or rotating seals through which process fluid can pass. Technical data, bellows sealed gate valves: valve designed to API-600/BS-14145; valve tested to API-598/BS-5146; flanged ends as per ANSI -B- 16.5; and face to face as per ANSI -B- 16.10. Accessories: geared actuators, electric actuators, floor columns, by-pass piping. Note: sizes above 250 mm have two-piece bonnet, optional stellited wedge and seat.
