United Engineers manufactures ball valves in 3-piece design under the brand name Flosteer. These ball valves are manufactured as per BS/API specifications from 15 NB to 300 NB and pressure rating up to ANSI 600 Class in almost all materials. Easily replaceable PTFE Teflon or reinforced Teflon seat rings are deeply recessed for protection and long life. Specially designed bolted gland totally prevents leakage through gland for a long time. These ball valves are suitable to install in any position for flow from either side without any additional pressure drop. Three-piece design permits easy maintenance and interchangeability of parts. Wrench, gear or pneumatic actuator operated valves are available to suit various applications. Fire safe design ball valves with antistatic device are also manufactured against specific requirements.
