Ball Valves

Saturn offers ball valves for all process application. These valves feature interchangeability of ball, stem, seats and gland rings at unique torque of valves from one design to other or end connection. Mirror finished ball and stem reduces operating torque of valve ensuring excess life to the Teflon seats. Seals/seats are made of virgin or reinforced PTFE having temperature range -29?C to +200?C. Metal encased Teflon seals can also be provided for special applications. Specifications: port-full and regular; material-CF8M, CF8, and WCB from investment and sand casting, higher alloys also possible; design- 1-, 2- and 3-piece in fire safe design or otherwise; sizes-6 mm to 300 mm; end connections -screwed, flanged, socket weld, and butt weld; pressure-150/300 DIN/800#; and operation-lever/gear operated or pneumatic.
