Ball Valves

CTEW manufactures a wide range of ball valves for use in chemical process industries. The range comes in 2-, 3-piece and full bore design for general application. Special application valve has floating ball design with Teflon seats for common seating. The sizes range from ?"to 2"in screwed connection and ?"to 12"in flanged connection to a maximum pressure of 250 kg/cm?. The valve is manufactured in materials such as cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, brass, gun metal, alloy-20 and hastelloys B and C. For high temperature applications, viton or carbon rings are used. The valve is also provided with heating/cooling jackets to suit process application. For corrosive application the valve is rubber/lead lined, Teflon lined or coated with corrosion resistant material such as PVC, polypropylene, HDPE, etc. An extra long handle with gear/pneumatic/electrical actuator facilitates smooth leverage.
